2. Products & Compatibility

We manufacture and supply two-way radio accessories (antennas, batteries, chargers, earpieces, speaker microphones, cables, cases, clips, and replacement parts).
Compatibility information is provided for reference. Customers are responsible for confirming model/connector specifications before purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change without notice.
We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only. We do not deliver to other countries/regions.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Return eligibility, procedures, and any applicable warranty terms are described in our Returns/Refund policy (or provided by customer service upon request).
Any product damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or incompatible devices is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in the relevant order.
